In the Hardthaus School of Cooking, you will learn how to prepare a wide variety of food and dishes. From the preparation of fish, meat, game and vegetables to the preparation of soups, sauces and dressings. You will learn about the various international cuisine and prepare food from Italy, France, Thailand and Australia.
School of Cooking Course
School of Cooking course from 12:00 – 15:30
The participants are welcomed at 12:00 in the Hardthaus restaurant, with an aperitif. Together with the Hardthaus team, you will be assisted in preparing the different courses for the evening menu. The Hardthaus team will be ready with tips, techniques and the traditional art of cooking, which is always adapted to the respective theme.
Enjoy from 19:00
At 19:00 you will meet again in the Hardthaus to enjoy your gourmet menu with all the accompanying drinks such as aperitif, digestif and coffee.
The Hardthaus-School of Cooking offers at least 2 dates per month.
