Ready-to-cook Indonesian rice table. You will receive cooking instructions with the freshly prepared dishes. The preparation is simple.
We will cook an Indonesian rice table from hand-written recipes by Ank Vermetten, the Indonesian aunt of our chef Marc Vermetten. A rice table is a combination of rice dishes with side dishes from Indonesian cuisine. The way it is served, however, comes from the Dutch-Indonesian colonial period. Many different main dishes and side dishes are served at the same time in the middle of the table.
