We will prepare for you a modern and extravagant Indonesian menu.
In the Hardthaus restaurant, we have been preparing Indonesian food for years. The recipes have been created by Aunt Ank, the aunt of our chef Marc.
This time we are creating an entirely new menu. Inspired by Vanja van der Leeden, from the Netherlands, who wrote the successful cookbook "Indorock - Indonesian cuisine reinterpreted".
On this occasion, our kitchen welcomes guest chef Ramon, who has his roots on the Java Islands and is a friend of our chef Marc Vermetten.
